Practice Information

* Services by appointment only.

* Fees range from $300-350 for individual therapy and evaluations and, $75-100 for group therapy.  Receipts for out of network reimbursement are provided.

* I am out of network with insurance and will provide receipts for services.

* I charge in full for late cancellations.  Kindly give 24 hours notice if you cannot make it or wish to change the appointment (insurance does not contribute in these circumstances).

* All services are private and confidential.  The only exceptions are with signed consent or, a person is in imminent danger of hurting themselves or someone else.
